Our Story
As someone who has grown up in Gladstone Park, I knew that my next endeavor after retiring from the Chicago Park District had to be in the place I call home. The recipes we use in house have been perfected over years and years of hard work, known to friends and family from my brand Chipcago Cookies. I am so excited to bring my love of baking and cuisine to my community through Baked by Jane.
At Baked by Jane, our commitment is to deliver an inviting culinary experience rooted in freshness and quality. Incorporating many family recipes, we meticulously select locally sourced ingredients, handcrafting each dish with a goal to provide unparalleled flavor in every bite. Our menu is thoughtfully curated to celebrate the natural essence of each ingredient, allowing their flavors to shine through.
Beyond our culinary endeavors, we are dedicated to nurturing strong ties within our community, fostering meaningful relationships with our customers. From working in the Chicago Park district for many years, we understand that teamwork makes the dream work!
Our Location
We are located at 5481 N. Northwest Hwy in the heart of Gladstone Park, a community that I have spent my entire life. Baked by Jane was thoughtfully designed to offer an inviting and cozy atmosphere for all of our guests. Whether you are looking for a quick coffee break, a leisurely meal with friends and family, or even looking for public space to host an event, we welcome you wholeheartedly.
